It's time...

One of my close friends is committing to work out everyday in the month of October. I’m going to make a similar commitment....

I’m going to ride my bike 50 miles a week and do my weights every morning. No excuses! I’m starting today. I will keep you posted.

My last 10 to 15 pounds needs to go and it needs to go this month!

Good luck! I signed up for a fall wellness deal hear at work. your suppose to track your daily positive activities, attitudes and choices for 2 weeks. Then were suppose to get a surprse.
