Riding the Bike

Well, I know I set a goal to ride my bike 50 miles a week. Let's just say that was much easier to say than to do. It's all about time. I haven't had time to ride. I know I'm a loser!!

I have been using my weights everyday so far. So, I'm trying...

50 miles a week is a lofty goal. i was very impressed. weight lifting counts too :)
