The Photographer

All the pictures of me were taken by my beautiful wife. She used my old Canon G2. The G2, in my opinion, is one the the best cameras ever made. My other camera is a Canon 20D. I have three lenses I use most often...
  • Wide Angle: 17-40mm f/4.0 L - very sharp, excellent lens
  • Mid Prime: 50mm f/1.4 - great for low light situations
  • Zoom: 70-200mm f/4.0 L - very sharp, great portrait lens
I hate to see people spend a lot of money on a really nice digital SLR and then use cheap glass. It's not how many mega pixels you have it's what you do with the pixels that counts. Excellent glass is the most important tool in taking good pictures. I would suggest getting a camera with less mega pixels and spending more money on good "L" series lenses.
